Job Duties:
Gather requirements, resolve issues, conduct fit gap analysis in the key business processes, identify business requirements; analyze user needs and develop SAP software solutions, provide technical support to enhance multiple modules within SAP, accountability on all technical aspects of development, scalability, and performance. Create designs for business and technical solutions, ensuring technical consistency and integration among projects across the enterprise. Work closely with clients to analyze and prototype systems. Lead development, debugging, unit testing, documenting and supporting. Understand and guide integration with legacy systems, databases and Integration Systems; and lead the development of the logical architecture of SAP applications/products, data models and future frameworks from an Enterprise View. Formulate and defines system scope and objectives based on user needs and collaborate with the technical development teams.
Job Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field and 12 months’ experience in the job offered or as SAP Consultant, IT consultant or a related occupation. Experience must include experience working with SAP modules such as insurance (FS-CD), ReInsurance (FS-RI), FI-CA, Finance (FI-GL, FI-CO, FI-SPL), BODS (Data Services Integration) and Business Warehouse. Employer will accept a bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in stated fields and 5 years of relevant experience in stated occupations in lieu of a master’s degree and one year experience. Position based out of company’s headquarters in Reston, Virginia and subject to relocation to various to client offices throughout U.S.
